Here is a pic of
four "Red Sea
Bream" fish. A "Red
Sea Bream"
fish is called "Tai" (タイ,
たい,or 鯛) in Japanese. The Red
Sea Bream fish, "Tai" is a favorite food at
festive occasions such as wedding receptions and New Year's Day gathering. The
reason is that "MedeTai" (めでたい) in Japanese means
"congratulatory." "Tai" tastes really good, but it's expensive. These
"Tai" fish in this pic are around 1.5 feet long. This pic was shot at a fish market at Mihama, Chita,
Aichi, Japan. |
